1.清除Cookie的設定：
先不要離開 error 999.的網頁，在 error 999.的網頁上面，開啟瀏覽器IE〔工具〕→〔網際網路選項〕→〔一般〕→按〔刪除Cookie〕→按﹝刪除檔案及 離線檔案﹞→按﹝清除紀錄﹞→按確定。

2.清理磁碟：
開始=程式集→附屬應用程式→系統工具→按［清理磁碟］→確定～執行清理。

3.您若有設定proxy代理伺服器那就去取消Proxy代理伺服器的設定：
開啟瀏覽器IE→〔工具〕→〔網際網路選項〕→〔連線〕，點選〔區域網路設定〕，請取消勾選 Proxy伺服器，按下確定。

４.關閉所有網頁，再重新開啟新網頁。保證即可OK了。
